    Non-Profit/Fund Raiser

    If you are a Non-Profit or are hosting a Fund Raiser, please call for ‘charity’ pricing.  

    Matinee Pricing

    If your event is on an “off day” Mon-Thursday  OR in the afternoon on Saturday or Sunday, ask about our “Matinee” pricing. We might be able to give you a discount!

    Minimum Requirement

    Minimum rental time:   2 hours. 

    Mileage

    Free for a total travel distance of 40 miles from Overland Park, then$0.50 for each extra mile traveled.

    Deposit

    All events require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to secure the date. All balances are due 60 days prior to the event date.

    Often at events, guests have fun snapping pictures with the Shutterbug until dinner time. During dinner, the system is idle per the hosts request. Guests resume their Shutterbug sessions after dinner. The idle time is typically about an hour. Here is a typical situation: you book the 3 hour package which is 3 hours of actual picture taking. Guests have fun with us for the first hour. Dinner is served the 2nd hour. Guests resume snapping pictures the 3rd and 4th hour. This is a total of 4 hours.  3 hours of pics and 1 “idle” hour.

    Cancellation Policy

    • 5 Months or more notice – Full refund of deposit
    • 4 Mos. out – 1/2 of deposit refunded
    • 3 Mos. out – 25% of deposit refunded
    • 2 Months out  – No Refund.
    • 1 Month or less out – No refund and client will pay 50% of remaining balance  to compensate for missed bookings.
